【花夢|𝐀𝐫𝐭 & 𝐂𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞】

⁡🗓️ Exhibition Period: 19 May – 13 June 2025

🕰️ 12:00–14:00 & 18:30–22:00 (Closed on Mondays)

⁡In the first part of the exhibition, we present a collaborative piece by emerging artists 𝗧𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗰 (Singapore) and 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗛𝗜 (Malaysia). Blending figurative and abstract styles, their work offers a poetic meditation on beauty, impermanence, and the natural world.⁡

Titled The Poetic Quiddity, the piece draws from Hegelian aesthetics, which suggest that beauty is not found in nature itself, but rather in how we perceive and reinterpret it.

This philosophy reflects our culinary approach as well—elevating seasonal ingredients into moments of sensory expression.⁡In the second part of the exhibition, we feature the work of Tsutomu Kanishi (Japan), a floral artist trained in the traditional Miyuki Enshu-ryu school of ikebana.

His work embodies the spirit of wabi-sabi, the Japanese aesthetic of imperfection and transience, encouraging a deeper appreciation of nature’s quiet power.

Photographed against softly lit indigo backdrops, his floral arrangements offer a moment of stillness and introspection, gently inviting the viewer into a space of calm.⁡Kanishi’s solo exhibitions in Japan—Flowers and Sound, Flowers and People, and Balance—are marked by a refined sensitivity and quiet strength.

In April 2025, he held his first overseas solo show, Balance, in Singapore, bringing his aesthetic vision to an international audience.

⁡Hosting 花夢 at Ristorante Takada is not simply about displaying art—it’s about creating an immersive space where visual beauty and culinary expression meet.

Just as each dish is carefully composed to reflect the seasons and evoke emotion, each artwork invites diners to pause and experience a deeper connection to nature and self.

This harmony of art and cuisine is what makes 花夢 uniquely meaningful in our restaurant setting.⁡

Join us at Ristorante Takada, where sight, taste, and thought come together in a sensory dialogue between art and cuisine.⁡
