

On July 21st, Ristorante Takada marked its 12th anniversary!
Twelve years ago, we opened our doors on Alexandra Road—
in a country with a different language, a different culture.
And yet, over time, this city has become home.
Each dish we’ve served has carried the spirit of the season
and the care of a team walking this journey step by step.
Rooted in the sensibilities of Japanese culture,
and shaped by years of training in Italy—including experience in Michelin-starred kitchens—
what we’ve shared in Singapore goes beyond food.
It’s about creating memories, and offering moments that linger in the heart.
To everyone in Singapore who has welcomed us, supported us,
and helped us grow—thank you.
We are truly grateful.
