Autumn has arrived at Ristorante Takada — bringing with it new flavours to warm the season.
This month’s menu features 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗼 with Pizzaiola Sauce, Porcini and 𝗙𝗼𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘀 Risotto with Raspberry Foam, and our signature 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰 Takada-style dessert — a gentle sweet note to complete your meal.
For a limited time, we’re also serving Langhe-style Tajarin with freshly shaved 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 from Alba, Italy — available only during the truffle season.
In addition, we are pleased to offer 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗻 — a rare game dish in Singapore — prepared with care to highlight its delicate flavour.
