Before the Michelin Guide arrived in Japan, Chef Takada worked at Ristorante Pisterna in Piedmont, Italy, under Chef Junichiro Horieโthe first Asian chef to earn a Michelin star.
He later succeeded him as head chef, then continued his career in Tokyo before opening Ristorante Takada in Singapore.
Now in its 12th year, the restaurant brings Italian cuisine with a delicate Japanese touch to Alexandra Road.
